Terms & Refunds
Terms & refunds.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
The short version: you buy a book, you get it within minutes, and if it doesn't earn its price you get your money back within 60 days by sending one e-mail. The rest of this page spells that out properly.
Who you're dealing with
Future Proof Marketer is a trading name of Universal Canvas, a business registered in the Netherlands.
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 92815111
- VAT number: NL004978827B71
- E-mail: hi@futureproofmarketer.com
- Postal address: available on request by e-mail
These terms apply to everything on futureproofmarketer.com: the free content, the newsletter, the digital products we sell, and the course once it opens. By placing an order you accept them. Dutch law applies, and if you're a consumer in the EU, nothing here takes away rights your own country's law gives you.
What we sell
Right now the shop holds digital products only:
- The One-Person Marketing Team — e-book (PDF) plus build worksheets, €29
- The One-Person Studio — e-book (PDF) plus build worksheets, €29
- The One-Person Bundle — both books and both worksheet sets, €47
All prices include 21% Dutch VAT. The price shown on the sales page at the moment you order is the price you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order that's already placed.
Ordering and payment
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted payment page. You enter your card or payment details there, not on our site, and we never see them. Your order is complete the moment Stripe confirms the payment. You then land on a thank-you page with your downloads, and a delivery e-mail with the same links follows automatically.
If you used a discount code, it applies to that order only. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined, and we can retire them at any time.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital. The thank-you page shows your download links straight away, and the delivery e-mail arrives within a few minutes. The links in that e-mail work for 30 days. The files themselves are yours for good, so save them somewhere sensible.
If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder first, then e-mail us with the address you paid with. We'll send fresh links the same working day. A lost link months later gets the same treatment: one e-mail, fresh links, no questions.
Refunds: the build-one-hire guarantee
Every book and the bundle comes with a 60-day full refund. Read it, work the worksheets, and if it hasn't earned its price, e-mail hi@futureproofmarketer.com within 60 days of purchase and say you'd like your money back. No form, no reason required, no hard feelings. Keep the worksheets.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Your statutory right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends the moment delivery starts, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged the consequence. By completing checkout you do both. That matters less than it sounds, because our own 60-day refund is broader than the statutory right on every count, and it's the one we honour.
We reserve one exception: if an account is clearly buying, downloading and refunding repeatedly, we may decline further refunds and further orders. In several years of selling we've never needed it.
Your licence to the files
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the book and worksheets for your own business or work. You may print them, keep copies on your own devices, and quote short passages with credit.
You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them to train or fine-tune an AI system. If you want copies for a team, e-mail us and we'll sort a fair price. Each PDF is delivered under a link tied to the buyer's e-mail address.
The course
The course is not for sale yet. Joining the founding list is free and commits you to nothing. When the founding cohort opens, list members are offered a founding price of €149, and you only pay if you choose to enrol.
Once you enrol, the course comes with a 14-day full refund counted from the day you get access. Same procedure: one e-mail. The specific terms for the course, including how long access lasts, will be on the enrolment page before you pay.
Free downloads and the newsletter
Guides, prompt libraries, the toolbox and other free downloads are free. They're delivered by e-mail, and signing up for one also adds you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe with one click in any e-mail, and we'll keep sending you the download you asked for regardless. How we handle your e-mail address is in the privacy policy.
About the content on this site
Everything we publish is our own opinion, based on tools we've bought and used. We work hard to get facts, prices and features right on the day we publish, and we date our price checks, but tools change weekly and we can't guarantee any page is current or complete.
Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. Our disclaimer covers that in full, and our affiliate policy explains how links on this site earn us money and how we keep that away from the verdicts.
Liability
We're a small publisher, and our liability reflects that. To the extent Dutch law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Our content and your use of it
Text, images, illustrations, the Fen mascot, and the books are ours or licensed to us. Link to any page freely and quote short passages with credit. Don't republish articles, books or worksheets, in full or in substantial part, without asking.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, e-mail hi@futureproofmarketer.com and a human replies within five working days. Nearly everything is fixed in one exchange.
If we can't fix it together, Dutch law applies and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rules of your own country that let you go to court there instead.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when something changes and adjust the date at the top. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.
